Upon arriving in the US from the UK 10 years ago, Neil joined Medicare by AMA, a family-run business of over 40 years. After building the business into a multi-million-dollar Medicare FMO in just seven years, he acquired it in 2022. With a passion and talent for training and developing new insurance agents, over the years, Neil has fostered the careers of hundreds of insurance agents throughout California and Nevada. Neil has been recognized as an Emerging Leader by the National Association of Health Underwriters.
